Ferrous Materials

Module contains wrought steels, cats steels, cast-iron with laminar graphite, cats-iron with nodular graphite, malleable cast-irons and special metals from AUS, BGR, BRA, CZK, SVK, CHN, FIN, FRA, ITA, JPN, SRB, CAN, HUN, DEU, NOR, POL, AUT, ROM, RUS, USA, ESP, SWE, CHE and GBR.
It also contains materials according to EN. Besides material identification database of each country contains also standard identification, above-mentioned material type, chemical composition and country of material origin. The last database contains 35 000 grades of materials in total.
For Czech (Slovak) grades there are mentioned also use, mechanical features, heat treatment temperatures, heat treatment graphs, weldability information and material type in the view of suitability of use (e.g. cementation steel). If mechanical features are affected by the product type, heat treatment status or version, this information will be displayed for the user with selecting option.
