Register of Orders and In-Process Store

Register of orders enables you to register orders of the individual users of standards. After receiving standards from supplier the order will automatically transfer to register of borrowings, store or archive. If needed you may transfer the delivered standards to in-process store, from where they can be additionally transferred to the mentioned libraries. The record into library "Orders" is entered from this separate library, from catalogues of valid standards, from catalogues of new standards offers, or automatically during updates of standards. In advance during system settings you will decide if the records shall be realized automatically. It is possible to get the order in printed form or you can send it via e-mail to supplier of standards.
