Catalogue of Objects

Catalogue enables you to record and archive bibliographic data on registered objects. You may display and print full version of the registered object from this library, too, if you have these versions in electronic format pdf or doc. You may keep register of actual (valid) objects and historical (disabled) objects in this library. And both of these groups are obviously differentiated from one another. Input forms are prepared for cataloguing of single objects. During saving records the system checks filling-in of obligatory boxes with identification data, which reduces staff error rate. You may use existing database "Czech national bibliography" when filling sub-libraries “Books” and ”Magazines”. You may create and print catalogue cards for simultaneous registering by means of classic card register. You may easily use copying of data from the previously entered for entering of huge number of similar records (titles). You may simply define contents of items of printed reports according to your own needs. Cataloguing from more sites at the same time is supported in network employment. Size of the library (sub-libraries) is not limited by number of records (titles or volumes).
