EviLit system is an integral information system which is extraordinary due to its complex conception of registering wide range of objects, which appear in  rentals, reading rooms, libraries etc.

Software enables to register:

 

Separate sub-library serves to register each object. If you are not interested in all sub-libraries you may order only those you are interested in and thus reduce the price and simplify the system controlling. We deliver the system as open which enables you to fill the single libraries with your data. Besides registering separate objects system allows registering orders, borrowings and bookings. Number of records in all databases is not limited by the system. Each library has its own searching module. You may even use bar codes during work. System purchasing means that you will get accurate register of many product types in one user-friendly environment with low purchase and operation costs.

Regular Updates:

We regularly update the executive program twice a year. More often we realize urgent changes in the form of extra update. We use Internet network for update. We deal with the administrative matter of update by the form of annual subscription.
There is an advantage for you, as you are user, that in fact the system is not becoming obsolete as we will solve all your requirements and needs in the form of updates.

Technical, Installation and Licence Conditions:

The system is determined for environment of MS Windows operation systems. CLIENT / SERVER architecture was used as solution basis with data administration through  MS SQL Server or MSDE. Thus EviLit system may work within local as well as network employment. So-called “Floating Licence” is used in network employment, which means that system may be installed on any number of network sites and at the given moment it is executable in the number corresponding to the purchased number of licences.
Data protection is secured by access rights and passwords assigned individually to each user. There is an essential advantage for you, as you are user, that in the network you may use even the minimal number of purchased licences on any number of computers.

Hardware Requirements:

Real requirements may differ depending on system configuration and parameters selected during installation.
